Product Refunds
Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons:
- Opened skincare, body care, or hair care products
- Used beauty tools (jade rollers, gua sha, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Service Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
- Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
- No-shows: Full charge applies
Service Satisfaction
If you're not satisfied with a service, please let us know immediately or within 48 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include a complimentary follow-up treatment or partial refund at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
