Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3-4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping time may apply).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately—we can only make changes before the order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

  • Lost packages: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or if the estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 days
  • Damaged packages: Take photos of the packaging and products, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
