Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Include your order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare, body care, or hair care products
- Used beauty tools
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@adoremebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.
Step 2: Package Your Return
Securely pack items in original packaging if possible. Include your RA# on a note inside the package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange unopened items for a different product or size. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. The same eligibility requirements apply. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the difference.
Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
